As a comprehensive workforce management solution covering scheduling, employee engagement and multi-location analytics, among other features, Fourth’s HotSchedules solution will fully optimize Highway West’s labor management through the elimination of inefficiencies and unnecessary costs coming from manual processes. Highway West plans to implement HotSchedules among what will eventually become 200 employees across 10 locations.
The solution also includes Fourth’s digital Logbook software. Designed to ensure brand consistency across all Highway West locations, Logbook helps teams meet their objectives of operational consistency, team productivity and food safety compliance through a centralized task management hub.
